1. Custom and Digital Design Services
All custom design services, creative consultations, and digital products are non-refundable once design work has begun or files have been delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your design, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

Deposits paid to secure design services, consultations, or event-related projects are non-refundable. These deposits reserve time and resources specific to your project.
If you need to reschedule or postpone your project, your deposit may be applied to a future date within 90 days, subject to availability.
