At OrangeDiva Designs (ODD), we take pride in providing unique, custom, and high-quality creative designs. Because many of our services and designs are made-to-order or personalized, our refund policy reflects the nature of creative work.

1. Custom and Digital Design Services

All custom design services, creative consultations, and digital products are non-refundable once design work has begun or files have been delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom event graphics or artwork
• Logo and branding designs
• Digital downloads or visual mockups

If you are not satisfied with your design, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Event and Design Deposits

Fees paid to secure design services, consultations, or event-related projects are non-refundable. These deposits reserve time and resources specific to your project.

If you need to reschedule or postpone your project, your fees may be applied to a future date within 90 days, subject to availability.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If ODD provides any physical items (such as printed materials, décor pieces, or merchandise):

• Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a design project before work has started, a partial refund may be available minus processing fees.

Once design work begins or digital files are shared, the project becomes non-refundable.
